If, due to the COVID-19 crisis, you decide to cancel your mobility and return to your courses at the UVa, the steps to follow are as follows:
1º - Inform the Erasmus Coordinator at your host university of your decision to cancel the grant, informing him/her of the date of your return to Spain and asking him/her for the signed Letter 2 (either scanned or digitally signed).
2º Send the signed Letter 2 to the International Office and notify your Erasmus Coordinator of your decision.
3º- Modify the Academic Agreement (LA) in communication with your Erasmus Coordinator.
4º Inform the Administrative Unit of your Center of the change of status and the intention to change the enrolment. At this stage, you must present:
-Letter or mail of resignation
- Photocopy of ID
-Changes in Learning Agreement (if necessary)
5º Once the administrative services have been notified, the registration will be modified remotely.
6º- When the registration is formalized, you must inform each of your teachers about your situation and follow their indications and instructions for the continuity of the course in the online or distance mode, as stated in the UVa contingency plan.
We remind you that before your return, you should inform yourself on the website of the Spanish Ministry of Health and the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about the travel recommendations and take into account the necessary precautions especially if you have any symptom.
